We initially started KiBook for our own businesses, we found ourselves sitting a good few years ago dealing with no shows or having no way of ensuring clients were informed of policies or directions for our address which meant there was lateness and loss of earnings and a lot of drama! The goal was never to create a business out of this, we made it to use privately just for us and as time went on we noticed other small businesses were having the same problems we had and there was no system on the market that was fully customisable to help solve the problem – apart from KiBook!

So we played around with the idea of allowing others to use our platform, we found a way to expand our software to allow people to have their own accounts. This meant that we had to manually set up every single client up one by one, entering all their services, working hours etc so that’s what we did until we realised there was enough of a demand for us to create our website that allows users to set up their own accounts!

The more requests that came in the more customers were letting us know what kind of things they would love for their accounts to be able to do, how they run their businesses and what would be helpful to them – so we’ve listened to every bit of feedback we’ve ever gotten and still do and we make an active effort to include these features and implement them when possible!

We are still a very very small team so it might take us a little longer to launch features than larger companies out there but we do things different at KiBook and that’s what makes us great. We love our clients, we love what we do, we love that our platform helps people to secure their income, enforce their policies and reduce admin so that they can get some time back and save themselves some stress!

The goal is to continue to steadily expand our team to ensure our clients have the best platform possible and the best customer support we can offer, we want our staff to always feel supported and secure.
